Registering for football camp just got easier with our peace of mind cancellation policy!
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp voucher for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp voucher is transferable to any immediate family member and may be used for any Contact Football Camp. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection (see terms below).
Campers who leave camp during their session will receive a pro-rated camp voucher, valid through the following summer. Campers who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will receive a camp voucher for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer (does not include NBC camps) with the same rules as previously stated.
In the unlikely event US Sports Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp registration fees. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
US Sports Camps offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $50 per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date if you cancel before your "balance due" date.
(Please note: $50 Cancellation Protection and $20 Registration fees are nonrefundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp beginning in the month of June).
With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp voucher for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer. Your camp voucher is transferable to any family member and may be used for any Contact Football Camp.
